Elmia Solar becomes Elmia Solar & Energy Solutions – expanding its focus on the energy systems of the future
Ahead of its 2027 edition, Elmia Solar will be renamed Elmia Solar & Energy Solutions. The new name reflects the rapid evolution of the energy market, where solar power is increasingly integrated with energy storage, EV charging infrastructure, smart energy management, and other technologies that together form the energy systems of the future.
Since its launch, Elmia Solar has been the leading meeting place for the Nordic solar energy industry. The event is now evolving to more clearly reflect both the current market landscape and where the industry is heading.

It brings together industry stakeholders to exchange knowledge, create new business opportunities and discuss how we can jointly shape the energy systems of the future. Representing the entire energy ecosystem
The new direction reflects how the exhibition brings together stakeholders from across the entire value chain – from technology suppliers, installers and energy companies to property owners, industrial users, investors and policymakers. The focus is on how different technologies can work together to create efficient, profitable and sustainable energy solutions. For exhibitors and visitors alike, this means greater opportunities to generate business, build partnerships and gain access to the latest insights and innovations within the energy sector.

The exhibition programme will offer both technical expertise and business-oriented content, focusing on topics such as energy storage, flexibility services, electrification, profitability, investment opportunities and emerging business models. The ambition is to create a platform where knowledge is transformed into concrete collaborations and new business opportunities.
